Eureka Hub ("we", "us", "our") operates all mobile applications covered by these Terms of Use & Privacy Policy ("the Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by this single agreement. If you do not agree, please uninstall our App immediately.

1. Terms of Use

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps. By using our Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1.2 Use of the Apps

You may use the Apps for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Apps, or infringe any third-party rights.

1.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some Apps leverage Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to generate images, text, or other media.

You acknowledge that AI outputs are automatically generated; we do not manually review or endorse them.

We disclaim all warranties and liabilities for any inaccuracies, unlawful content, or harm resulting from AI-generated material.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Apps and their non-user content belong to Eureka Hub or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you by downloading or using the Apps.

1.5 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Apps for illegal, harassing, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt.
  • Circumvent security or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

1.6 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

1.7 Warranty Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eureka Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

1.9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eureka Hub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

1.10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

1.11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.

Device & Usage Data: OS version, device identifiers, crash reports, anonymized usage analytics.

User-Provided Data: Content you input (e.g., text prompts), optional information you voluntarily submit.

No PII by Default: We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it.

2.2 How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Apps.
  • To provide AI-generated features and content.

2.3 Sharing & Disclosure
